Myriads of families lost everything they possessed as the rivers deluded and when torrential mountain streams effusively gushed across the habitation. Thousands were rendered homeless overnight. There is no food to eat and no shelter to safeguard them. And above all random outbreaks of epidemics too are making people fragile and forlorn.

This is the pressing time to rise up from our comfort zones and show our solidarity and brotherhood. This is the juncture where we should join our hands, keeping all the differences afar in assisting, aiding and to be a solace to our unfortunate and ill fated brethren in coping with the loss and to recover from the mental and psychological shock caused by the sudden and unforeseen disaster.

Disaster management teams and central security forces are on the rudder in rescue and relief missions and thereafter it’s our responsibility to rehabilitate and support the mentally injured and displaced families by providing them fundamental needs of shelters (Construction Things/ Home Appliances) Unused Clothes (for all Ages and Genders) Packed food, Groceries, bottled Drinking water and adequate medical attention as well as to enable them to reestablish their livelihood and possessions.

HRDS INDIA is a committed and benign NGO with extensive roots in rural and high range territories of Kerala and is resolutely devoted in constructing houses to indigenous native people as well as providing them with requisite amenities for a noble and respectable living including imparting skill development training to the youth dwelling there.
